Submission Guidelines

NMIMS Management Review is the official research journal of the School of Business Management, Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai. The journal publishes original scholarly and practitioner-oriented work in contemporary areas of business, commerce, economics, healthcare, and management, and follows a rigorous double-anonymized peer-review process. It is issued quarterly in March, June, September, and December.

The journal welcomes diverse forms of contributions, including full-length research manuscripts, short papers, critiques, case studies, research briefs, essays, and book reviews, representing a wide range of methodological approaches such as conceptual, empirical, analytical, experimental, mathematical, statistical, sociological, and theoretical research. As a member of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), the journal adheres to established standards of publication ethics and integrity.

Journal Permissions:

Authors are responsible for securing written permission to reproduce any copyrighted or third-party material included in their submissions. This includes, but is not limited to, figures, tables, photographs, illustrations, survey instruments, proprietary scales, datasets, or substantial excerpts from previously published works. Authors must ensure that all such material is properly credited in the manuscript and that permissions are obtained prior to submission. The responsibility for any copyright infringement rests solely with the author.

Upon acceptance of a manuscript, authors may be required to sign a copyright transfer agreement or publishing license in accordance with the policies of NMIMS Management Review and its publisher. This agreement defines the rights related to publication, reproduction, distribution, and permitted reuse of the article in print and electronic formats.

Any request to reproduce or reuse content published in NMIMS Management Review, whether for academic, instructional, or commercial purposes, must be made through the publisher’s official permissions process or the journal’s website. Permission must be obtained before reproducing journal content in books, course materials, repositories beyond permitted limits, or any commercial or public distribution platform.
